One of the most effective ways to enter and affect the unconscious mind is in the hypnagogic state, the ‘twilight zone’, the state between wake and sleep, or even during sleep. So in addition to listening to the guided meditation when you want to reach a state of deep relaxation during a break, consider listening to it as you go to bed at night, the time when it is easier to bypass the active brain, the thinking mind.
