Openings – Foreword 

 Love, light, happiness, every moment in our lives is about openings. It is all there, waiting for you, it is like opening a door or window. Sound and color are both vibrations, life is vibration, the combination of both elements is like embracing our own essence and that is where the dance of life begins. The dance between us and life, needed to create movement. Life is movement, expansion is movement. So as you will go forth, opening this book from one page to the next, you will be able to discover your own being in the deepest possible manifestation.  

The purpose of these meditations is to open, one by one, doors and windows to love and light. And with that, at the same time, you will be able to feel and explore your own being in all its dimensions. It will be a very natural process guided in these 3 steps 

  1. To read and understand the writings, integrate them and once you get the meaning you make it your own

  2. State a specific symbol in a short version word or phrase. When you have it, strike your bowl and that will represent the opening for you to bathe in that and for it to be part of your soul in the most peaceful, loving and joyful segment of time, the present, in which you will let go and surrender. Ready to receive, integrate, nourish, making the experience part of your essence. Allow for a perfect fusion. The duration of time spent is irrelevant. 

  3. Just read the writing on gratitude (page…) with your open heart as we always have to have the capacity of being grateful to close out / complete/ seal the experience. 

The light element you receive through the images will bring you closer to the whole impact straight to your subconscious and the element of the sound will create the necessary movement in your heart, your mind and in your soul. That movement will be the catalyst to your healing. The opening, the going into a deep integration and conclusion. The complete experience of opening and conclusion, as simple to understand as breathing, or a heartbeat. You open and give yourself to the experience and you receive and close (or conclude) Yin & Yang.
